This is exactly what we wanted to hang some mini loop bands in our exercise room. However, the installation and specifically the drywall anchors were useless. The provided screws were too large for the anchors causing this to stick and start turning the anchors in the holes in the drywall. I had to remove them, causing larger holes and then use my own anchors and screws to mount them.
