First and most important review some DIY videos on the internet.It can be dangerous if you have never done this installation before. That said, after I did review, I installed 12 of them and fouund an improvement and reduction in noise from the rollers, but it does not eliminate noise. I used my wife to measure the new level of noise , she was pleased, it was much better than before, acceptable but not perfect . I would buy again in the future.
