To be fair, this is heavy, well built and quite sturdy. I got the 15T version. It has a sticker on it that says "Tank Truck - 15T".However, in the headline they state it is rated for 15 tons and has PU wheels. Under 'Materials' they list Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). Which is it? PU or ABS? By the way, PU is stronger. In paragraph one they very clearly state the rated capacity is 33000lbs. NO way will this move with that kind of weight on it.Will it hold 15 tons? Probably, but you won't be able to move it as the PU (or whatever it is) on the wheels flattens out and it becomes immobile. I don't think that even if you had 4 of these you couldn't move 15 Tons.How do I know this? I put approximately 3 tons of stainless steel plates on it and it wouldn't budge.Yes, I'm disappointed - big time.I do a lot of work with 3/8" thick C36 steel plates and I loaded my last 3 ton delivery of them on this skate and it was like it was stuck to the concrete floor. Every wheel was flat and it would not move.Sooo ... I started removing plates one at a time and when I got down to just under 2 tons I could move it but it wasn't easy. The wheels seemed kind of 'squishy' and offered a lot of resistance. I will probably limit any load I put on this to about 1 1/2 tons so I don't have to fight with it so much to move it.This should absolutely come with steel wheels so this won't happen and the description needs to be modified to reflect reality. I can't help but think that this description is for a different product.Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this. If the vendor wants to send me one of these with steel wheels so I don't have this problem, I'd be thrilled.
